Lindsay Lehman
(She/Her/Hers)
Registered Provisional Psychologist
Lindsay Lehman is a Registered Provisional Psychologist
The way you think, feel, and respond makes sense when we consider your past experiences. Sometimes, though, patterns that once served you no longer fit your life. Counselling can offer a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and find new ways forward.
Together, we can connect with your strengths, deepen self-compassion, and develop greater clarity about what you need and where you want to go—so you can move through life with more ease, self-trust, and confidence. My style is gentle and warm (and when appropriate, I believe there is also room for humour along the way!).
I take a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach to therapy, drawing from EMDR, attachment-focused, Internal Family Systems-informed, and cognitive and somatic approaches. I adapt our work to your unique needs and goals, and am particularly passionate about supporting adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, trauma, relationship and boundary challenges, grief, and life transitions.

Laurelle St Jean Registered Psychologist
Laurelle St Jean is a Registered Psychologist
I enjoy working with individual adults with concerns which include stress and burnout, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, body image, and relationships.
My approach to counselling is open, non judgemental and collaborative. I believe that as humans, we all experience suffering at various points throughout life. My goal as a therapist is to hold space for painful emotions, celebrate successes both big and small, and to help clients identify what patterns are not longer working for them and help them build new ones.
I have training as a generalist, as well as advanced training in the area of trauma. I am trained in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and CBT.
Please note that my practice is currently limited to * Frontline healthcare professionals and students of these programs * Veterans and first responders including EMS, RCMP * Women’s health and wellness
